Brooklyn Heights Apartment II
Located in a classic Brooklyn Heights Art Deco building, this 3-bedroom apartment was outdated and disconnected. While carefully working with the original details and layout of the Landmarked structure, BHA opened up and improved the flow between the rooms, streamlined closet spaces, and fully updated plumbing and mechanical systems. BHA Interiors also took on the design of the living room, sneaking function and kid-friendly materials into a grown-up space. The result is a bright, modern home that still references and respects its Deco roots.
